Beyond the Screen
Design doesn’t stop at interfaces for me. It’s a way of seeing, making, and engaging with the world.
I explore different mediums to sharpen my creative thinking and expand how I understand form, composition, movement, and storytelling. I draw, paint, sculpt clay, sew, photograph, create motion, and experiment with wood and textiles. Working with my hands reminds me that good design is not only about how something looks, but how it feels, functions, and comes to life.
Travel keeps that curiosity moving. Wherever I go, I observe, photograph, draw, cook, and learn from the place around me. Cooking is one of my favorite ways to connect with people and culture, work with what’s available, and practice sustainability.
I’m also drawn to movement: yoga, cycling, skiing, and skateboarding. I’m fascinated by flow, balance, rhythm, and the relationship between body and environment.
These experiences shape how I design. They keep me curious, hands-on, and always looking for new ways to turn ideas into experiences.
Designed by Design
I was born and raised in Brasília, Brazil’s visionary capital, a city shaped by design from the ground up. Growing up surrounded by the work of Lúcio Costa and Oscar Niemeyer, I developed an early curiosity about how design shapes the way people experience the world.
I studied at the University of Brasília (UnB) and began my career working in government archives and cultural institutions, where I developed a strong appreciation for how to turn complexity into clarity, structure into experience, and design into impact.
Today, those foundations shape the way I approach product design: creating experiences that are intentional, functional, and visually thoughtful.
Design didn’t just call to me. It chose me.
